It’s here, It’s time for our 2017 Hallelujah Harvest Festival! Please don’t forget where you are scheduled to serve for this event. For some of you that starts as early as Friday and Saturday morning. Please join us in prayer for this whole event that everyone would be safe and have a blessed time! Hope to see you there!
What is the Hallelujah Harvest Festival?
The HHF is a free carnival that is open to the public. Carnival activities include a petting zoo, pony rides, inflatables, several game booths, lots of food, a chili cook off, and many other exciting attractions. It is our hope that this event would be a sweet time of fun and fellowship for our church family as well as a key opportunity to reach out to our local community through the service of our church body.
When is the HHF?
This year’s HHF will be Saturday evening October 31st from 4-8pm. This event is FREE and open to the public.
Chili Cook-Off (Rules and Details)
Thank you to everyone who has signed up for the Chili Cook-Off. I can’t wait to see who gets the three trophies at our awards ceremony at 7PM that evening. If you did not yet get the rules and details for the chili Cook-off they are on the HHF main page in this site. Don’t forget that your chili is due to the food booth by 5:00pm and judging will start at 5:30pm. Winners Circle Awards Ceremony will be at 7PM.
Thank you everyone who has signed up to help. This event does not happen without you. There are still some areas of need. You can contact Alex Conner, Volunteer Recruitment Lead, directly at: firstname.lastname@example.org to find out exactly how you can help with HHF 2017.
Lastly please continue to pray that God would be glorified in this whole event! Thank you, God bless!
